Hello, Goshen Center School friends and families,
*This coming Wednesday, December 6th at 5:00 p.m., we will hold our 3rd annual

hayrides around the school. We will also have our select choir and
jazz band which will be entertaining the group. Mrs. Bills will be playing the piano outside so we can all sing holiday songs together. The Goshen Recreation Department will be making mini-snow globes for the first fifty students to arrive in our GCS cafeteria.
*On December 14th will be the elementary vocal concert at Wamogo at 6:00 p.m.
*Goshen will host a Fun Night Out (FNO) for students in grades 5 & 6 at GCS from 7 - 9 p.m. on Friday, December 15th.
*Our amazing PTO will be meeting on December 18th at 7:00 p.m. with free
babysitting. Please be sure to attend and help with all the wonderful events they are
planning for the coming year.
*On Friday, December 15th, grades kindergarten through sixth will be visiting James Morris School for an all elementary school reading event.
*The Beginner Band Informance and Jazz Band performance will be held on Tuesday,
December 19th, at Warren School.

Box tops for November are due on Friday, December 1st.
BOX TOPS Needed!
Please put your child's name and teacher's name on the bag with box tops.
Please continue to clip Box Tops off your favorite products! Ten cents doesn't sound like much but they add up fast and help the PTO provide Enrichment opportunities for GCS students. If possible, ask other family members, co-workers and neighbors to collect them as well. This is a quick reminder that at the end of each month the classroom that has collected the most Box Tops gets a prize. See the below attachment for a list of products that have Box Tops on their labels.
Holiday Assistance
To the families of Region 6:

This year, we are once again organizing our annual district-wide holiday drive and we need your help! This drive will run from Monday, November 13th - Tuesday, December 18th, and we are looking for food items, gift cards, or stocking-stuffers that we can use to supplement packages for identified families.
For further information regarding donations, please follow the link to our donor letter below for all of the details regarding dropoff and specifics on what we are looking for:
