Student Highlights
Girls Field Hockey Team
The Field Hockey team is off to a 1-1 start. The FH team defeated Upper Moreland 1-0 while falling just short vs. Sandy Run. The girls have large numbers which bodes well for the entire program. This past Monday they were up at the High School working out with our High School team which was very beneficial.
Girls Soccer Team
The girls are off to a 2-0 start this year with big wins over Calvary 5-0 & Faith Christian 2-0. Coach Neto has been very pleased with the teamwork, work ethic, & willingness to improve the girls have shown early in the season.
Boys Soccer Team
The boys are off to a 1-1 start this year. They fell to a strong Sandy Run MS team 5-2 in their first game of the season. They defeated Cedarbrook 3-0 to even out their record. Coach Derek has been very impressed with the boys' willingness to improve and make their teammates better players.

Counselors' Corner
Greetings from your Murray Avenue Counselors! We, Ms. Helm and Mrs. Kreutzer, are happy to assist you and your student with any questions or concerns regarding their academic, emotional, or social needs. We look forward to seeing your student in our upcoming anti-bullying lessons later this month.
We just concluded our No Place for Hate Color Week where we celebrated diversity, challenged bias and bullying, and promoted a respect for differences.
Students had the opportunity to sign the Resolution of Respect during lunches. The pledge represents a commitment to understand people who are different from themselves, speak out against prejudice, and reach out to people who are the targets of hate. Look forward to more No Place for Hate activities throughout this year!
