Welcome, Mrs. Donovan!
Titus would like to welcome our new Certified School Nurse, Mrs. Jennifer Donovan. We are very excited to welcome Mrs. Donovan to the Titus Family. Please see the short blurb below from Mrs. Donovan and join us in welcoming her to Titus.
My name is Jennifer Donovan. I will be the new Certified School Nurse for Titus and Kutz Elementary Schools starting on January 22nd. I earned my BSN from Temple University and I recently finished my certification for school nursing from Eastern University. I have a combined 25 years working as a nurse in several different capacities including Intensive Care and Homecare. I am married with two children both of which attend schools in Central Bucks. I am excited to have been given the opportunity to work with the families and children at Titus and Kutz. I look forward to working with each and every one of you.
Best regards,
Jennifer Donovan RN, BSN, CSN
Paws for PRIDE
Congratulations to last week’s Paws for PRIDE winners:
Erin S, Macy M. Mrs. London, Ava W, Matty R, Grace C, Beck P, Ashrith R, and Mrs. Snyder’s 6th grade class
Students, classes, and teachers are chosen at random to be recognized and celebrated for demonstrating one of our five character traits - Pride, Respect, Individual Responsibility, Determination and Empathy. Thank you to all of the Titus families for your support of our Paws for PRIDE program.
Dress for the Weather
Don't forget, as we are now in the colder months of the year, please dress appropriately for recess outside. Hats, gloves, coats, etc. are all important as we will be outdoors as long as the weather allows.

Read Across Titus - Book Swap
Each year Titus families donate gently used books to the school. Teachers work to sort and organize them for the book swap on Read Across Titus Day. On Read Across Titus Day, students in all grades are invited to the swap to shop for some new titles to add to their own collections. In the past we’ve collected thousands of books for the celebration. Please read the attached flyer to learn more about this special event on Monday, March 2.

iRun4Life
2020 iRun4Life Registration is available online starting Thursday, February 6 at 6:30 PM
iRun4Life is an afterschool, noncompetitive running program that focuses on building strength and confidence, eating healthy, and doing good deeds. It is open to students in 3rd through 6th grades. Training will start Wednesday, April 1, for 8 weeks and ending on Wednesday, May 20. We will practice on Wednesdays until 4:30 PM. We will meet rain or shine! Students will learn proper running form and how to pace themselves through endurance running. Our goal is to share the love of running with the students. Our training will lead up to the infamous Titus iRun4Life Color Run on Wednesday May 13 (week 7 of the 8-week program).
This has been a very popular after-school program in years past and registration sells out quickly. It is FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE. Last year registration closed in under 5 minutes, so please set your alarms! Once we meet our maximum number of registrants, online registration will close…no exceptions.
We are always looking for parent volunteers that we can count on for the Wednesday 3-4:30 pm practices. Parents will need to have their clearances. No running experience needed. If the parent volunteer has a child in K-2nd those children can register/participate.
If you have any questions or are willing to volunteer, please contact Amy McNutt at iRun4LifeTitus@yahoo.com
