Dress Code Reminders

As winter approaches and the weather turns colder please keep in mind these parts of our dress code.

  1. Shorts and capris may be worn to school anytime. However, students will be expected to participate with their classes during recess time. Students should have other clothing available for cold weather. pg. 16
  2. Tights, leggings, jeggings, yoga pants, or other form-fitting pants may be worn under skirts, dresses, and longer shirts. The fingertip/mid-thigh rule still applies to these skirts, dresses, and longer shirts. pg. 17 (We have had issues with some students not following this rule already.)

Dear Parent,

Your school is using to make signups as convenient as possible this year. Please enter the following web address into your browser window:

If you do not have internet access , please contact us via phone at 262-547-8020.

We look forward to meeting with you.

Every fall our teachers spend a lot of time preparing for Parent/Teacher conferences and so we provide them with the fuel they need to get through the week. Please consider donating items for the meals or volunteering to assist with the meals. Here is the link: P-T Conference Meals

Items should be dropped off in the school office between 4-4:30 each day. If you need to drop off earlier, food items may be put in the kitchen (with a note) and then also leave a note with the school office so the set-up volunteer knows where to find the donated food items. Thank you!

Let's take an "Artic Adventure" to this years Book Fair! Snow Much to Read!

Monday, November 4: 3:30-7:00PM

Tuesday, November 5: 3:30-7:00PM

Wednesday, November 6: 3:30-7:00PM

Thursday, November 7: 3:30-6:00PM

Its a fact!: Reading for pleasure unlocks the power of information and imagination and helps children discover who they are. Here's what you can do to help children develop stronger reading skill and love for reading:

  1. Set examples. Let children see you read
  2. Have a collection of books in your home. Update this collection routinely to keep up with changing tastes and reading skills.
  3. Support our school's Book Fair. Allow your children to choose their own books to read

If you’re able to help any evening during the week we could use you help!! Please follow the link below to help out during the book fair!! Kids are always welcome when volunteering!! Will have some coloring sheet available for them during your volunteer time but also feel free to bring them quiet activities/ snacks to help occupy them!

If you can't make it in next week you can still help raise some money for Trinity Lutheran School and pruchase your books online. Just click the link above and enjoy your shopping. These books make great stocking stuffers.

This Changes Everything:

Messages that Transformed the World

Each of our narrators received a message that did change the world. These messages are presented as short sound bites, but they are so much more than that. They are messages of hope realized and promises fulfilled. They are messages of difficult work ahead and perfect work completed. They are messages that transcend time and space, nationality and culture. They are messages that truly transformed the world.
