Feeling Loved on Valentines! .... Actually Always!
What a fabulous Valentine's Day! Thank you for the flowers, the chocolates, cards, journals, pens and stuffed animals! My favorite sloths, (they just crack me up), and the little husky, inspired by our read aloud of Sled Dog School, all brought such joy to my day. Watching and listening to them work the morning before the party with such focus truly made me so very thankful to be their designer! Thank you for sending in so many goodies for the Red House party and volunteering your time! I appreciate you all.
Thank you,
Ms. Voltz

Live so that you will never have regrets. If there is something you want to do, DO IT!
What's Happening This Week?
We'll be continuing our exploration of Prime and Composite numbers and the Order of Operations. The Numbers work flows are are allowing learners to practice and create new learning and demonstrate deep understanding of these concepts!
ELAR/Social Studies: We're working on our reading and writing, and finishing work to share on our Bulb portfolios in preparation for Open House beginning of March!
Science: We're finishing our Climate and Weather ADI, and I'm so impressed with their ability to create graphs using Numbers. Learners will now draft their arguments, using the Claim, Evidence and Reasoning structure. Each learner will then complete a final report independently. Later this week we will explore the Sun, Earth and Moon by comparing their characteristics!
