Happy Sunday!

Dear Buccaneer Family,

I hope you are having a wonderful weekend. I cannot believe we have arrived at the last week of April.

In preparation for May 3rd, we will be having two professional development days for our teachers who are not yet on campus. These two professional development days will be held on Monday, April 26 and Tuesday, April 27th. Teachers who have been on campus since April 12th, will continue to have in-person instruction. Students who are continuing with distance learning will have two asynchronous days. Teacher will post the work students must complete through Google classroom or Jupiter grades. (Schedule for next week can be found below).

We thank all of the parents who showed up to our progress report parent meeting. I have posted some of the slides that we shared below. Please review the information provided. I will be scheduling another parent meeting in May for our 8th grade parents. We will be reviewing final promotion details.

As mentioned in our meeting, we have six weeks left before the end of this academic year. Second Progress Report card grades were available on infinite campus last Friday, April 23rd. Students and parents, please review these grades as they are the last grades that will be posted before final semester grades. If you have any questions about the grades, please send an email to your student's teachers. This is the best way to reach our staff.

As we end this week with the The Mexican national holiday that celebrates children on April 30th, the Day of the Child, "El Día del Niño", we celebrate our students and wish them the best during this last quarter.

Dear Buccaneer Scholars, please do not give up. We still have time to bring up grades and do well in our classes. We are here to help you. You have persevered this year- let us continue to be strong, dedicated, and committed. We can do this!! Si se puede!!!

May we have an amazing week!

Here to serve you,

Ms. Julissa Gracias
