How to write a bill in steps

Step One
The bill gets made by a senator or representative that wants to move an idea heard by other members of congress.
Step 2
Present the bill to the committee it falls under and allow them to decide if they want to pass or kill the bill

Step 3
The bills passed by the committees will be voted on in the house of congress it falls under such as the Senate or House of Representatives
Step 4
The houses then switched passed bills and bring them back to the committee level.
Step 5
Once revisions have been made and the necessary bills killed the passed bills move up to the opposite house that then votes on the bills.
Step 6
The passed bills are then voted on and changed if necessary by both houses. The passed bills get sent to the president who signs it and it goes into effect.
