Visitor Management System

Our new Visitor Management System or “buzz in” system is up and running. The “buzz in” system is intended to enhance the safety and security of both students and staff by establishing greater door control at the primary entrance to the school. It requires all visitors to be “buzzed in” by pressing a button located on the column at the entrance of the school.

Please help us keep our students safe. Students should not be dropped off at the school prior to 8:15 a.m. unless they are participants in one of the morning activities.

February 15th is a Student Holiday

Is your child ready to learn at 8:45 AM?

We need our students in class and ready to learn by 8:45 AM. We have several students arriving late each day which disrupts their learning. Our teachers begin teaching at 8:45 AM.

Car rider lane opens at 8:15 AM.

Bus Lane

Cars are not allowed in the bus lane until after 8:45 AM. Parents are to use the parking lot off Riverside Parkway if arriving between 8:00 - 8:45 AM. If you arrive at or after 8:45, please park your car and walk your child into the front of the school.

Let’s Read to Succeed!

Would your child like a FREE ticket to Six Flags? Six Flags Read to Succeed forms were sent home in Friday folders this week. If your child reads for a total of 360 minutes, he or she will earn a free ticket to Six Flags! Feel free to look back at the reading log in your agenda and use those same reading minutes from November until now. Please return the reading log to the media center by February 25th.
