Requesting schedule changes (a message from Ms. Ward, our counselor)

If you are requesting a schedule change please submit only one request by going to Manitou Middle School website → Department tab → Counselor Corner → Submit Request. This is how Ms. Ward will be completing schedule changes. Please keep in mind there is no guarantee the schedule change will be made. After Ms. Ward has addressed each request, a follow up email will be sent. Click here to quickly go to Ms. Ward's Counselor Corner form!

Synchronous classrooms

Our teachers are taking on a new challenge: providing instruction to at home students and in person students simultaneously. We appreciate your understanding as our school learns how to navigate in this model. Here are some guidelines for what students can expect:

  • There will be a whole group introduction for at home students and in person students.

  • After the introduction, lessons will look different depending on each teacher’s lesson plan.

  • At home students will have opportunities to engage with their peers during each class.
