How do you contract a cold?

You contract a cold when you go behind someone else and touch their body fluids example your friend sneezes on a table in science and you put your hand in it and then rub your eyes.

  2. sore or scratchy throat

  4. Hoarseness
  5. Cough
  6. Watery eyes
  7. Low-grade fever
  8. Headache
  9. Body aches
  10. Loss of appetite
  11. Fatigue

Health Effects

Toes, fingers, ears and nose are at greatest risk because these areas do not have major muscles to produce heat. In addition, the body will preserve heat by favouring the internal organs and thus reducing the flow of blood to the extremities under cold conditions. Hands and feet tend to get cold more quickly than the torso.

How to cure a cold

  1. Blow your nose a lot
  2. Rest
  3. Drink hot liquids
  4. Take Mucinex
