Vickie Weber loves celebrating Summer in the fields near her family's farm with her 5 kids in tow. Treating her kids to Icees under the sun's rays wasn't always fun- the mess from the Icees, along with the kids complaining that their hands were "frozen" gave Vickie the idea to create the Ice Huggy-Wrapped around all those Icee treats, kids and moms across the country- APPROVE!
