KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A CURRENT STUDENT IN THE DISTRICT:
Please verify that your information is correct in Final Forms before your school's registration date. Once you have confirmed your forms are correct, please print the first four pages out and bring them with you to your registration date.
We will verify that you have filled out the online registration forms correctly.

Please complete and sign every form within Final Forms. Once you have filled out and completed your forms, please print the first four pages out and bring them with you to your registration date. Author Visit
Award-winning author Candace Fleming is coming to Blue Ash on March 9th! Order forms were sent home with students last week and are due February 7th. We are offering 20 different books including recent Siebert Award winner Giant Squid. The books span many different reading levels and price ranges. All books purchased through this order are guaranteed to be signed while Ms. Fleming is here. A special thanks to the Blue Ash PTO for providing our school the opportunity to host this amazing author.
Sycamore High School Cabaret
Join us at Cabaret on Saturday, February 11th at 7pm as The Hub at Sycamore High School is transformed into a jazz club serving drinks and gourmet desserts.
Hear the voices of choral students like you’ve never heard them before! Performers sing as soloists and in small ensembles accompanied by piano or guitar. You will enjoy original compositions, jazz tunes, folk music and musical theatre songs.
Tickets are $10 and are on-sale starting February 1st on www.AvesChoir.org and will be sold at HS lunches (11:40a - 12:40p) in the Commons on Friday, February 10th and at the door.
Doors open at 6:30p. Come early for dessert!
Sycamore Patriotic Shirts
Would you like to show your support for both Sycamore and America, all while raising money for charity? Here is your chance! Students from Sycamore Jr. High are selling Patriotic Sycamore Shirts and would love your support. Profits from the 8th grade shirt will help fund programs at The Boys and Girls Club of Cincinnati. Profits from the 7th grade shirt will be donated to the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Cincinnati. The order form link is below. Please fill out the form entirely. A separate/new Google form needs to completed for each t-shirt ordered.
The order for the shirts will not be placed until the sale is final on February 10. Expected delivery is the end of the month. Payment should be given to front desk office staff at your respective building or the District Office starting on Feb 1st.
Only orders that are paid will be placed.

Next PTO meeting is next Thursday, February 9th @ 9:30 in the Cafe. Special guest Chris Corbitt, American Heart Association Director of Student Marketing. Please wear Red and bring a red treat to share. First 20 attendees will be registered to win a massage gift certificate to Mitchell's spa Kenwood.
Cultural Event is February 17th, 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Free event.

Join the Blue Ash PTO at Chuck E. Cheese's in Sharonville on Wednesday, February 8th from 3-9pm. 15% of total sales will be donated to the PTO! Please check the flyer that went home with your kids for more information. Hope to see you there!

Fashion Show During Cultural Celebration
There's a new opportunity to participate in Cultural Celebration on Friday, Feb. 17 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. We are offering a chance for Blue Ash Elementary students to get on stage for a fashion show.
The co-chairs of Cultural Celebration will pre-select a song, and each child would be able to walk out to center stage and then do a bow or twirl in their cultural attire. They would walk off stage and the next child would come out. We would then have all children walk out together at the end. We hope that the fashion show will represent a lot of cultures.

Calling all Night Owls!!
The Night Owls are moving to Monday (and Wednesday)! Get your week off to a great start by joining the Night Owls on Monday, 2/6/17 at 7:30 pm at BAE. Our focus will be to prepare the school for the March author visit.
The Night Owls group is a great way to meet other parents while helping out our school. No experience is necessary and new members are always welcome!
Can’t make the Feb 6 meeting? No problem! We meet again on Wed, 2/22/2017 at 7:30 pm at BAE.
Box Tops
It's time for the Blue Ash Elementary…
SUPER BOWL OF BOX TOPS COMPETITION!
Prizes will be awarded to the HOMEROOM CLASS
and the GRADE that bring in the most Box Tops (total cash value).
Rules and Regulations:
Collect your Box Tops in the ziploc bag (50 per bag) or simply write the number of box tops on your bag.
Return your ziploc bag to your homeroom teacher by February 13th. They will keep them so we can total each homeroom's Box Tops.
Deadline is Monday, February 13, 2017.
