A Note from Mrs. Shostachuk 05/01/2022

Dear Central Road Families,

This past week was very exciting for all of us! We were able to host both a very successful in-person Book Fair and Open House. Our school was beaming with positive energy and amazing student work all week. We head into the month of May with a short yet productive week. We will honor our amazing Central Road School by kicking off May with Staff Appreciation Week from May 2-4th. We are thankful for having such amazing staff members with us each day to make teaching and learning productive and creative for all! We thank our PTA for their continued support in making all of our events and celebrations so meaningful. Please also enjoy your weekend with family and friends. Thank you also for your continued support and dedication to our Central Road community! We truly appreciate it.

Kindest Regards,

Joanna Shostachuk

BrightBytes Parent Survey-May 2nd-20th

Our school is partnering with BrightBytes, a data analytics organization built to provide insights into our new and changing learning environments with the goal of ensuring equitable learning support for all students.

This year’s survey is designed to capture your perspective around your child’s classroom support and resources (e.g., access to technology, instructional support, and student social-emotional competencies).

We are requesting that you take part in this important school survey. Your responses will remain anonymous to protect your privacy. The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

The last day to complete this survey is May 20, 2021. Please respond using the link below:

THANK A CENTRAL ROAD STAFF MEMBER

As we enter the 2nd half of the school year, I invite you to take notice of the things you see your child's teacher do, hear your child's teacher say, or the things you hear your child gush with excitement about related to their teacher. We've included this simple form for you to submit should you feel so inclined to do so. Children in full day school spend more of their waking day with their teacher than they do with their parents. We thank you for entrusting your child with us! This has been a good school year and your kind words mean more than you know!
