Appeals Committee, I am requesting a meeting at your earliest convenience regarding ... being fined for failing to obtain an A&E Permit and/or removing gravel from Lot 139-71.
The gravel was ordered on 19 September 2019 and delivered 17 October 2019.
I received a letter from River Bend on 13 November informing me the gravel delivered to 139-71 on 17 October must have an A&E Permit .
The following day (14 November) I put a completed A/E Permit in the Office Payment Box for the gravel that was delivered on 17 October to Lot 139-71.
River Bend did not contact me disapproving the A&E Permit and I continued to spread the gravel.
On New Years Eve, I continued to work spreading the gravel. Security visited 139-71 and informed me a "STOP WORK ORDER" was issued on 28 December.
I am appealing the assessed $100 fine as well as additional fines of $100 fines accruing every 10 days thereafter beginning on 9 March.
