What a blast learning about gymnastics!
These photos really speak for themselves. Mrs. Monson and Mrs. Stauber are terrific in their modeling how the kids can perform these routines of sorts. The smiles tell it all.
All over the gym it is about learning!
Terrific teamwork
Lots of fun with balance and strength
Hands On science in grade 4
The children were learning, through active engagement, how the erosion process happens in smaller scale. The students followed the directions very carefully and under the watchful eye of their teams realized how an alluvial fan takes shape and other properties of erosion.
We are very pleased with our results so far
Being patient is a key attribute of experimentation
Observation skills of moving water were essential
Feel good time
Here is a picture of one of the trees that hold tags that children can take home. The tags have a description of a gift that a needy family could be surprised with on Christmas morning. The items on the tag can come wrapped and identified to school. Our Santas' helpers will take the gifts to the right homes.
