As We Journey Through Lent...

A Note from the Principal

Dear St. Clare Families,

Thank you for your support, kindness, and generosity that was shared throughout this Teacher Appreciation Week. It was a beautiful and much appreciated sign of gratitude. Although, the greatest gift is being able to see your child/ren grow in their faith and learning on a daily basis. Thank you, once again, for trusting St. Clare's with their education.

I spend a large portion of this week at Roncalli High School in Manitowoc, WI as a member of their accreditation site visit review team. It was a very complex and involved process, but one that was also insightful, faith-filled, and rewarding. I appreciated being able to be part of the experience and have gained tremendous knowledge about how to carry St. Clare's forward through our accreditation journey. We are anticipating a site visit in the upcoming fall term for our review. More information will be shared about this process at a later time, but for now, I ask that if any parents, Parish or community members, students, and especially alumni are interested in being part of the teams of stakeholders interviewed, to please email me.

Lastly, as we prepare for Palm Sunday, Passover, and Holy Week, I ask that you hold all of our Bishop, Priests, Deacons Seminarians, and Parish Staff & Volunteers in your prayers. Holy Week is a beautiful time of prayer and reflection as we prepare to celebrate the Resurrection of our Lord. It is also a time of immense work that requires a heightened attention to detail for all of the extra special components to each Mass that are unique to this liturgical and most holy season.

Additionally we pray for our recipients of First Holy Communion and those who are receiving the Sacraments as part of RCIA at the Easter Vigil.

May God Bless each of you today and always.

Sincerely,

Katie Stanczak

Scrip Helps You Save on Tuition!

Scrip is a great way to support the school and save yourself some money on tuition!

How Scrip Works: You buy Scrip to purchase everyday products (ex: gas, groceries, etc). The company donates a percentage back to the school when you use Scrip for your purchases. You get half of that amount as a savings on your tuition and the other half goes towards the school. For example, if you buy $100 Shell card, they give 10% back. Therefore, $10 is given back; $5 comes off of your tuition and $5 goes to the School.

How to Buy Scrip:

1) Scrip is sold after the following Masses:

- Saturday, 4pm Mass @ Askeaton

- Sunday, 8am Mass @ Greenleaf

- Sunday, 10am Mass @ Wrightstown

2) Scrip is sold at school on Wednesdays

3) Scrip can be purchased using the RaiseRight App

How to Sign Up:

Sign up with your coordinator or school.

Download the RaiseRight App in your app store.

Use enrollment code: A1C5219523L2

*If you use the app, eGift Cards, your purchased Scrip is in the "Wallet" feature on the app. Any purchase or physical gift cards will be shipped to the coordinator and then will have to be picked up at a later time and location.
