Morning Drop Off - 7:30-7:55a.m.& Pick Up
We will be implementing a valet drop-off and pick-up system. similar for those who were part of our Hybrid campus procedures in the Spring. Parents, guardians, and visitors are not permitted on campus at this time. We appreciate your understanding.
CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION BEGINS AT 8:00a.m. Please make every effort to be in line by 7:55am!
Before arriving please do a daily self "WELLNESS CHECK" for each student.
Traveling to Campus by Car
- Please use the main entry inlet at the front of school, having your student(s) exit at the curb.
- Lefloss Ave gate is another option: Please observe our Bus Zone and safety guidelines for crosswalks.
- Please leave the green zone for our TK/K drop off and pick-up area.
- If you need to park, please use the staff parking lot or Lefloss--front of school is drop-off only/stay in your vehicle
- 2:17p.m. Pick Up - Please have your student name plaque VISIBLE on the dashboard. A staff member will help guide your student to the car.
- The BUS ONLY loading zone is on Lefloss Avenue near Excelsior Drive
- Morning Drop Off - Before boarding the bus in the morning, please complete the WELLNESS CHECK. When students arrive, a staff member(s) will greet them as they exit the bus and walk onto campus.
- 2:17p.m. Pick Up - At the end of the day, K-2 students will meet a staff member to be escorted to the bus area. Third-5th grade students will exit class and be supervised as they walk to the bus line next to Room 93 at the Lefloss gate.
- There are TWO designated "walking zones". One is in the front of the school next to the flag pole AND the second is via Lefloss gate.
Late Arrivals
Students arriving after 8:05a.m. will need to come to the office and wait outside for assistance. We kindly ask that you work diligently to be on time: Every minute of instruction matters! Please be on time for learning.
PreK Classes: Ms. Yolanda and Mrs. Heathington
- Morning Drop Off and Pick-Up - Please arrive at the Lefloss Avenue preschool gate--this is south of the Lefloss bus zone gate. Exit the car, walk your student to the gate next to Room 101. Please wait for a staff member to greet you and your student(s), and direct student(s) to enter campus.
As a reminder, parents, guardians, or other visitors are not permitted on campus. If you have necessary school business, please contact the school office to set up an appointment after instructional hours. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
