We have a small but growing selection of eBooks in our collection that are accessible through Destiny Quest. Watch an instructional video on the teacher page of the Media Center website to see how to share these books with your students on your Promethean Board.
Summer Reading Treats!
Our top prize summer reader winners had Lunch with the Principal at Kanpai of Tokyo while second place winners enjoyed bookworm cookies in the library with Mrs. Tinsley. Third place winners received a gift certificate to select a book from the Fall Book Fair.

Battle of the Books
Encourage your 4th and 5th grade students to try-out for the Ellen Woodside Battle of the Books Team. The Battle of the Books is a reading competition where students read from a predetermined list of 10 books. The EWE team will consist of 5 team members and 2 alternates who will compete on a district level in March 2015. Sign-ups will begin in October and practices will begin in December with our team members being finalized in February. Contact Mrs. Tinsley for more information.
