Message of Courage From The School Librarian
I hope that all of you are finding time to take care of yourselves, it is important to your heart health that all is well. Here are some friendly suggestions to encourage eating for good health, Mediterranean, Vegetarian, or Vegan ways of eating, and add any kind of Kinesthetic would foster a healthy mind, body, and heart. Also, it is important to read different kinds of genres; so that you can try to relate to someone else's story to encourage you to find good solutions to your own situation. Once you have found the courage to read different books; then start to read books about how to help yourself. Be adventurous, and read more. Reading can strengthens your imagination, and comprehension. Yes, it can be difficult to try new thing, but give it a try. You will discover that you are "AMAZING." Reading is knowledge and power.
