Teacher of the Year
We have some of the best teachers in the industry and we know that you work hard each and every day to help children learn and grow. In an effort to recognize our outstanding teachers, Rainbow Child Care Center will be starting a Teacher of the Year program. The following criteria will be used to nominate and select a winner; classroom management, teacher effectiveness, utilization of all curriculum components, creativity, customer service, team work, and professional development. One teacher from each school will be nominated to take place in the program. Each of our 13 regions will select a Teacher of the Region and those teachers will be placed in the running for Teacher of the Year, with one overall winner.
We are currently located in 12 states, with over 116 schools, and are constantly growing! For our teachers that are nominated, this will be a huge honor and we are very excited to support and celebrate our all of our wonderful teachers. We hope that you are as proud of our yourselves as we are! We will be working hard to recognize you for all you do as you strive to make Rainbow Child Care Center each child’s “Home Away From Home” and to help the children on their journey to kindergarten readiness and beyond.
