To see the commercials, first hand, please check out our website as they will be released throughout the month of March. Again, great job to everyone who went above and beyond to show their ‘out of this world’ talent!
Science
Excellent job to our 5th graders in their debate about the pros and cons of coal usage. I was able to be a part of this lesson by serving in the role of “energy conservation officer.” It was my job to make a well-informed decision if I would utilize coal for my power plant. Both sides did an amazing job on their research and persuasive techniques. What a creative and fun way to implement the curriculum!
Global Focus
In support of the third grade global focus, Mrs. Mison’s class Zoomed with students from Greenland to discover the similarities and differences between our cultures.
Don’t forget - keep reading at least 20 minutes every night!
