Welcome Back to School!

It's been a long six months and we have missed seeing your kids! We can't wait until we are able to be back in the classrooms, but until then, check out our Facebook page. We have been posting book read-alouds, recipe demos, and other nutrition and physical activity information.

Due to Covid-19 there have been changes at school that we are experiencing. One of those changes is that our lessons had to be put on hold. We will be starting up again soon and they most likely will look differently. Our produce feature this month in your child's school would have been Stone Fruits. Below, we have included a list of different stone fruits. Stone fruits like peaches, plums, and apricots are coming into season and should be available to purchase! Maybe you can try a variety to see if you like them, similar to what we do in our LifeSPAN lessons!! This is a fun way to explore the different tastes these delicious and nutritious fruit provide! Hope you get to enjoy one soon!!
