Teaching Math to Multiple Grade Levels Overview

Special Educators (resource and/or self-contained) will receive an overview of how to plan for and deliver mathematics instruction to multiple grade levels. This session will address multiple grade level service delivery models and specialized instruction based on the mathematics instructional model; in order to guide small group instruction and intervention centers that will maximize the limited teacher directed instructional time.

DO THE MATH INTERVENTION TRAINING FOR SPECIAL EDUCATORS

Special Educators who have not had an opportunity to participate in the initial Do the Math intervention training, will learn about the different components of the program in addition to strategies for effective implementation.

Teaching Literacy in Multiple Grade Level Service Delivery Models

Special Educators (resource and/or self-contained) will participate in professional development and activities in order to develop and implement collaborative lessons, modified instruction, and district interventions.
