WOW! Thanks for the extension of my Amazon Prime, what a nice surprise. I don’t blame Amazon at all for this issue. It was the fault of the USPS for mistakes with delivery. I have since modified the address, and hopefully they will get a clue? Amazon dealt with this issue quickly, and I am very pleased. Thanks again.

Thank you for addressing the issue. I agree it is a disappointment that the trade in program is not working as described. Perhaps some periodic quality audits of the third parties participating in this program might be in order so-as to avoid an impact on the Amazon quality image. Thank your for your prompt resolution.
