Survey for 2014-2015

As we come to the end of another successful school year, I would like to say thank you for making this an awesome year. We have great teachers in Southfield, and it is a privilege for me to work with all of you.

My job is to be a resource to you and your math department. For my own reflection and improvement, I would greatly appreciate any feedback that you may have regarding the support provided to you and your department this school year. There are two surveys. The first one is for teachers that use the Springboard textbook and the second survey is for those teachers that do not use Springboard. You only need to complete one survey. Thank you in advance!!

Here are survey links:

If you used the Springboard textbook this school year, please complete this survey

If you DID NOT use the Springboard textbooks this school year please complete this survey.
