Region 16 Counselor Support

Coronavirus Support and Resources

Hello Counselors!

As we move through this unprecedented time, I want to provide you with some resources. Please let us know how we can support you in any way. There are some amazing creative resources across the state. Counselors will be supporting both staff and students because anxiety is present in both at this time. Please stay safe and healthy and remember to practice self-care.

Let's also remember to focus on the "5" when we are overwhelmed.

Acknowledge:

5 things you can see

4 things you can touch

3 things you can hear

2 things you can smell

1 thing you can taste

You've got this!

Blessings,

Robin
