BOOK FAIR COMES TO ST. ViATOR PARISH SCHOOL!

We are SO excited to bring the very first scholastic book fair to St. Viator during Teacher/Parent Conference Week! You probably have fond memories like we do of school book fairs growing up. Now it's our turn to pass that on to our kids while fostering a love of reading, and maybe even sneaking some early holiday shopping in. But, we can't do it without your help!!! In order to have a successful fair and be able to keep it going in the year(s) to come, we need volunteers. Please consider working a shift (or two, or three) during the fair; your kids will thank you for it!

We need your help! Does your Junior High or Confirmation Student need service hours? Can you spare an hour or two?

From 12:30 to 1:15 p.m. appointments are designated for joint-conferences, wherein you can request, or we may require, a conference with all teachers at the same time. If you desire a joint-conference, please contact your homeroom teacher to coordinate.

If a conference is not specifically requested, you still have the opportunity to meet with any teacher to address any questions or concerns that you might have regarding Junior High progress. Simply choose a conference day and time. Please be sure to add your student's name to the comment section.

Your child needs to accompany you for your scheduled conference.

Gentle Reminder

As you know, tuition payments enable the St. Viator Parish to operate a school program. The annual tuition schedule specifies the parental commitment to support this instructional program. Prompt payment of tuition is considered a vital obligation of parents. Tuition is due on the 15th of each month (July through April).

Tuition is considered late as of the 15th of each month and is therefore subject to a $30.00 late charge. Tuition is considered delinquent when in arrears by two months. Parents delinquent in payment of tuition face removal of their child(ren) from St. Viator School at the discretion of the principal in consultation with the pastor. Of course, parents anticipating difficulty in maintaining tuition payments are encouraged to contact either the pastor or the principal for tuition relief assistance in advance. Thank you for supporting our school!
