Vegetarian's Diet

What is a vegetarian?

A vegetarian is someone who participates in a diet that does not involve the consumption of any meats such as poultry, seafood, or beef. Their diet mainly consists of tofu (soybean milk curd), vegetables, and fruits.

Breakfast? Salty and Chewy Sugar-Free Granola Bar and water

This is perfect for breakfast. The Granola Bar has a lot of carbohydrates. The carbs are like a kick-start in the morning. They give you a lot of energy really quick.

Lunch? Thai Peanut Noodle Bowl and Water

This meal is full of Carbohydrates and protein. Vegatarians need a lot of protein and carbs, because they do not get a lot of the nutrients and fats from meat. This helps with energy. This meal is great for a lunch time meal!

Dinner? Tofu with Black Beans and Garlic

This meal has a lot of carbs and proteins and very little snacks. We think that it would make a nice bedtime meal!


We know you need to have a little something more than breakfast, lunch and dinner, so how about some vegetarian friendly snacks?

Some vegetarian snacks are apples, grapes,and other fruits and vegetables, but if you wish to have something little different we would suggest potato chips or something along those lines.

These meals are high in protein and carbohydrates, but they are really low in fats. Most vegatarians get colder easier, because they do not eat a a lot of fat, which helps the body keep warm. They also have to eat more throughout the day, because they only run off of carbohydrates. After they run out of carbohydrates they have very little fat on the body to help them with more energy.
