Happy New Year!
Smithson Valley Middle School Update
Welcome 2014
And were off to a busy and VERY COLD start at SVMS! A new year traditionally grants us permission to "wipe the slate clean" and get off to a fresh start. We contemplate characteristics we may want to change, personal qualities we may want to improve upon and goals we desire to accomplish. I could go on and on about personal, educational and relationship changes we may want to make as we begin a new year.
Change is inevitable; new year or not. However, I want to impress upon our SVMS community that who you are NOW is what makes you the special person you are! As a faculty and staff we could not be more PROUD of all of our students and we continue to look forward to watching them grow and mature and be successful in both the classroom and in their lives. We wholeheartedly believe that we have the BEST STUDENTS IN THE STATE OF TEXAS!!!
