Grizzly Families,

We are excited to kick-off the 23-24 school year! Our staff has been hard at work preparing for a fantastic year and we are looking forward to having students back in the building.

Please see below for important information regarding Freshmen orientation, student check-in, and the first few days of school for all students.

Freshmen Orientation and Student Check-In August 8, 2023

Freshmen, you will attend a half-day school day Tuesday, August 8th. Schedule-FRESHMEN ORIENTATION SCHEDULE.
Sophomore, junior, and senior students that are NEW to TRHS, you will attend new student orientation Tuesday, August 8th from 7:30 - 9:00 am (meet in the front parking lot at the flagpole). You will also have your school picture taken (this picture will be your school ID and yearbook photo).
Sophomores, you will attend onsite check-in Tuesday, August 8th, anytime between 8:00 am - 9:30 am in the Commons to have your school picture taken (this will also be your school id and yearbook photo).

Juniors, you will attend onsite check-in Tuesday, August 8th, anytime between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm in the Commons to have your school picture taken (also your school ID and yearbook picture). Juniors, you will also pick up your parking pass if you have been approved and have paid for the pass.
Seniors, you will ONLY attend check-in (anytime between 12:45-1:30 pm) if you need to pick up a pre-approved and paid parking pass. (Student ID photos will roll from last year’s photo.)
Sophomores and juniors, if you are unable to attend your scheduled time, you may attend anytime from 1:45 - 2:15 pm. This is a small window, please do your best to attend during your scheduled morning time.
Parents do NOT need to attend check-in with you. If they do come, they can wait outside/in their car.
Check-in and parking pass pickup will start in the small gym, photos will be taken in the Commons. After check-in/parking pass pick up in the small gym, students will exit outside through the east/back doors and walk to the courtyard entrance to the Commons for photos/id pickup. Please park in either the back C-lot, or the athletic lot and enter the small gym directly from the east side (back of the school). Do not enter through the main entrance, or athletic doors.
Online, Express Check-In MUST be completed prior to Monday, August 7th in order to attend onsite check-in. Online, Express Check-In opens July 19th and closes August 6th. If you have two households, both must complete online check-in. More information is on our website.
