Star Parents,
We have had a great week in Kindergarten! We are so excited about Apple Day tomorrow!
Important Information
Apple Day:
- Tomorrow we will be doing lots of fun activities with apples. If your child has not brought an apple to school, please bring one tomorrow. We can't wait to explore and learn more about apples.
Parent Teacher Conferences:
- Please save the date for Tuesday, October 10th. We will be having our beginning of the year parent-teacher conferences on this date. Yesterday, you received an email from your child's teacher with available sign up times. We look forward to meeting with you soon.
Parent Volunteers:
- Kindergarten is going to begin having parent volunteers at lunch. Kindergarten eats lunch from 11:50-12:20. We would love for you to help us in the cafeteria. Please let us know if you would like for our Kindergarten PTA Coordinator to contact you if you are interested in volunteering.
Sparkle Store:
- The Sparkle Store will be open tomorrow morning from 7:30-7:45. Please help your child count their sparkles tonight. If your child is interested in buying something from the Sparkle Store, please have them arrive early so they will have plenty of time to buy something from the store.
Peanut Butter Drive:
- Our Student Council is participating in the North Texas Food Bank’s annual Peanut Butter Drive during the month of September. Please bring a jar of peanut butter to show your support.
