Together We Can!
As the students learn about fitness in class, it is important for them to understand that it is not enough to just be active in Wellness, but being active is an everyday choice. The links below are provided to help you help your child improve on the physical fitness tests. When you practice these at home with your child, you are reinforcing the importance of being physically active at home. Together we can help your child pass all 4 of the state fitness tests, increase self-confidence, and help promote lifelong healthy habits.
