Dear 2020-2021 Kindergarten Parents,

We are already looking forward to next fall and the start of the 2020-2021 new school year.  However we need your help.  Due to the school closures for the rest of this current school year, Kindergarten Round-Up is being handled differently. Instead of meeting in person, this completed form will serve as your child's initial kindergarten enrollment.  This information will help us get a student head count and assist us in preparations for the upcoming school year.  

To secure a spot for your child, please answer all of the questions on this form.  If you have more than one kindergartner starting with us, please complete one form per child.  We look forward to seeing all of you and our future Cougars soon!

This correspondence is being sent to our current PRE families.  If you know of a new family with a future kindergartner PLEASE pass this along to them so we can get them enrolled.
