TVHS Asynchronous Student Course Interest Survey
Next year, TVHS will be offering students the ability to take 1 - 2 asynchronous, online courses in addition to traditional, in-person classes.

These classes will not have a live instruction component.  Rather, all instruction will be posted through Canvas by video, readings, discussion boards or other assignments.

Students who choose to have an asynchronous, online course will choose ONE of the following options:
- Take 5 classes on campus and 1 asynchronous class (arrive late or leave early)
- Take 4 classes on campus and 2 asynchronous classes (arrive late or leave early)
- Take 6 classes on campus and 1 asynchronous class
- Take 6 classes on campus and 2 asynchronous classes

We will NOT be offering any of these asynchronous classes as credit recovery or to make up a class that was previously failed.  There will be other options for credit recovery.

There have not been decisions made yet as to which classes will be definitively offered asynchronously next year. The information in the survey will be used to decide which classes will be offered.  Please complete this survey by Friday, May 14 if you have an interest in this option and indicate which classes you would like to take online.  If the class you would like to take is not listed, please list it under "Other."

Counselors will contact interested students once courses have been set.

**IF YOU DO NOT HAVE INTEREST IN TAKING AN ASYNCHRONOUS COURSE IN THE 2021/2022 SCHOOL YEAR, PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE THIS SURVEY**
