Building Leadership Team (BLT): Parent Feedback 
This form is to solicit parent feedback. It will allow our parent representatives (Amanda Fisher and Karen Stone) hear and share the diverse perspectives of our community with school administration and staff at the bi-weekly BLT meetings.  

In order to provide a transparent and accountable conversation, feedback should NOT be anonymous.

What is the Building Leadership Team (BLT)?
Each school at SPS has a BLT team comprised of teachers, support staff, families, and school leadership representatives that work together to provide feedback and make decisions about school-based functions. Budget development, teacher/staff professional development, and the school's Continuous School Improvement Plans (CSIPs) are priority topics for the BLT (all viewed through an equity lens), but other topics that are important for school management are also discussed.  

What happens in a BLT meeting?
Meetings happen every two weeks. The agenda focuses on the topics that are currently most critical at the school, and can be proposed by any member of the BLT. This is your chance to contribute to the conversation.
