- March 23 - Girls' Night In hosted by Blue Ridge Boost. This evening of games, robotics, and coding is for girls in grade 3 through 8. The event is free and includes pizza, but registration is required.
- March 23 - madiSTEM: Making a Difference in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics is a one-day STEM conference at James Madison University designed for girls in grades 6-8.
- March 23 - Geeky Girls Chemistry Lab at Tandem Friends School with the help of the Tandem Women in STEM Club. This event is free and open to girls in 3rd through 5th grade.
- April 5-6 - CAPWIC is the ACM Capital Region Celebration of Women in Computing and provides a low-cost, regionally tailored, small conference for women in computing. The participants include female students, faculty, and professionals, as well as male supporters of women in computing.
- April 17 - Yes We Tech: Empathy and Game Design. Did you know video games are being designed to help people recover from injury and disease? Join Eileen Krepkovich, research scientist and biomedical engineer at Barron Associates in the Design Lab at UVA to explore Empathy and Game Design.
- Blue Ridge Boost - enrichment and tutoring in math and computer science.
- C4K - combines mentoring and technology to prepare youth for brighter futures. Participation is free and open to all students in grades 6th-12th who are eligible for free or reduced lunches at school.
- KidsCollege@PVCC After-School Academies offers online programming Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday and in-person Saturday mornings for students in grades 3rd-12th.
- Starr Hill Pathways - a program designed to offer Charlottesville area youth, career and college exploration and support them as rising 7th graders through high school.
- STEAM Discovery Academy - ind lots of STEAM-related after-school and summer programming for students in grades K-8th.
- Albemarle SWENext - Albemarle High School's Society of Women Engineers is a community of women who are passionate about engineering and STEM as a whole, and spreading the idea that engineering is for everyone.
- BACON (Best All-around Club of Nerds) - the internationally acclaimed science club at Charlottesville High School. Students work in self-directed teams in areas such as environmental impact, aerospace engineering, robotics, and more.

- March 24 - Maker Faire Lynchburg is a gathering of fascinating, curious people who enjoy learning and who love sharing what they can do. Join this family-friendly showcase from engineers, artists, scientists and crafters.
- April 11-13 - National STEM Festival is dedicated to showcasing innovative student solutions to urgent global challenges and will be held in Washington D.C. Registration is free.
- CodeVA offers a variety of online and in-person (Richmond, VA) workshops for students in grades K-8th.
- Connected Girls - a free, curated directory of girl-serving STEAM opportunities.
- Girls Who Code - find clubs, summer immersion and code at home activities.
- Random Hacks of Kindness Jr. - find one-day hackathons where children in grades 4th–8th are matched with computer science mentors to work together to solve a charity's real-world need.
- TechGirlz Virtual Workshops - find free CS workshops for girls in middle school.

Tech-Girls was founded in 2012 by Kim Wilkens (aka Miss-Bit). Tech-Girls is all about empowering girls to imagine and achieve their future dreams in our tech-savvy world. We help girls imagine possibilities, discover their potential and create the solutions of the future! In 2015, Tech-Girls joined forces with Charlottesville Women in Tech, a 501c3 non-profit.
