Being on time matters!
- Students are counted as late to school if they arrive after the tardy bell rings at 7:45 am.
- If you are already in the car line (not driving up) when the tardy bell rings, your student will not be counted as late to school.
- If you are driving up when the tardy bell rings, and our staff is still outside, your student will be directed to the office to get a tardy slip.
- Please do not drop students off in the back after 7:45. Parents/guardians must drive around to the front, walk the student into the front office, and write a note explaining the reason for being late to school. A tardy slip will be given to the student for entrance to the homeroom class.
- Please make sure to get our students to school on time. Students may enter the building as early as 6:50 each school day.
- We want our amazing students at school on time every day, all day!
Morning Arrival/Drop Off
- Please drop your students off in the back of our campus. In urgent situations, parents will be allowed to walk the students into the front foyer (after 7:15 am), but students will walk to their classrooms by themselves. If your child needs extra assistance, we will have staff members available.
Lunch Visitors
- Thank you for allowing us time to establish procedures, expectations, and to develop friendships over the last two weeks.
- Lunch visitors are welcome to eat lunch with their student only. Please use the tables designated for visitors only.
- Please make sure to bring your ID and that you are listed in Skyward under your student's family contacts, when signing into to the front office. To ensure the safety of all students, we will contact parents/guardians if a visitor's name is not listed.
- You must go straight to the cafeteria and not into the student's classroom. We want to ensure there is no interruption to instruction.
- Please note that food cannot be shared with any students other than your own.
- We will ask you to say goodbye and return to the office promptly after the end of your student's lunch time. Thank you for your cooperation!
