Time: 9am - 3pm
Who: students currently enrolled in K-6 (do not have to be MISD)
Bring a sack lunch -  we will provide an afternoon snack

Location: Timberview High School  - 7700 S Watson Rd  Arlington TX  76002 - Art Department
Cost: $35 per camper

Register SOON as space is limited, Once I confirm your spot I will send you and email confirmation with payment options.  
Registration and payment must be completed by Fri DEC 1 or your spot(s) will be released to campers on the waiting list

I agree and do hereby waive and release all claims against the Mansfield Independent School District and any teacher, employee, or other person engaged in the activity in question and agree to hold them harmless from any and all liability relating to my son/daughter for any personal injury or illness that may be suffered or any loss of property that may occur. I understand that reasonable measures will be taken to safeguard the health and safety of my son/daughter and that I will be notified in the case of an emergency. In the case of an accident or sickness, I authorize the calling of a doctor or the providing of other medical services.
Refunds will only be given by the district if we are notified by 8am the morning of the event that your camper will not be attending.
