Postponement of Return to In-Person Instruction
As you may have already heard, Dr. Bishop, Superintendent of the Anchorage School District announced recently that we will not be returning to in-person instruction on October 19th, as we previously had planned. The recent increases in positive cases and other factors within the Municipality, have raised the risk level. Here is a link to the District's decision making matrix.
While this is a bit of a bummer, health and safety is a top priority. In the meantime, we are continuing our efforts to prep our building and classrooms for the eventual return to in-person instruction. Our teachers and staff are as anxious as you are to get kids back into school. Rest assured we remain committed to providing the highest quality online instruction possible.
Sincerely,
Principal Carroll
