From the Nurse
Thank you for all that you have done to partner with us during this crazy school year. We appreciate you and know this year hasn’t been easy.
Please know that we are required to continue tracking illness during remote learning. As a parent, my first question would be, why do you need to know about illness if my student is learning at home?
There are several reasons. First, we have students who come to campus for various reason such as athletics, some activities, and academic services, and have a responsibility to keep all students safe. Second, we need to know for attendance purposes. The State still requires all schools to track student attendance even when learning remotely, so if your student is ill or has an appointment that prevents them from logging on, we need to record that. Finally, many students have elementary siblings that continue to attend full time, and we work collaboratively with elementary nurses to keep all of our schools healthy and safe.
If your student is ill or is in quarantine, we ask that you call the attendance line and notify the nurse either by email or by phone.
Thank you!

Attention MT families - the yearbook crew needs your help.
How is your family surviving this pandemic?
We are looking for pictures of your family (with your MT student(s)) participating in fun ways to survive this pandemic, ideas may include but are NOT limited to:
- family game night
- playing new/creative sports
- putting together a puzzle
- cooking or baking together
- exercising together...
We are also in need of pictures showing how students stayed active when sports and activities were cancelled in the spring and summer.
We want to capture MT students both in and outside of school. We are working hard to include all students in the yearbook other than just their yearbook portrait. For each photo submitted, please enter name and grade and what is going on in the photo.
To submit photos go to www.hjeshare.com or download the hjeshare app. You will enter the school code 3046410. Thanks so much for helping the yearbook crew and making this year's yearbook awesome!!!
Thank you to all of you who have already sent in photos of your students! We REALLY appreciate it!
