Remembrance Day Assembly and Poppy Donation: All boys are expected to wear a poppy during the Remembrance Day Assembly. Please send in a 2$(or more) donation for a Poppy on Friday, November 11. All proceeds go to the Royal Canadian Legion. Parents are welcome.
Movember: During the month of November, for our mental health focus for the month, students will be participating in weekly “Friendship Challenges” to promote leadership and kindness in and outside of the school. Friendship and kindness affects many young students' mental health and it is important at our school that we exhibit being true to others. Our community service squad will present to the students next week with more information about the different Movember initiatives happening at the school during the month.
Founder's Day 2022: The Selwyn House community is invited to attend the celebration of the 114th anniversary of the founding of the school, and to celebrate this year's Speirs Medal recipient, Former Head of Middle School and Alumni Parent Carol Manning. We will also be honouring this year's recipient of the Nancy Pitfield Parent Volunteer Award, Leila Roiter, as well as Honorary Old Boys (names to be announced). Please RSVP here.
Introducing our new librarian: We welcome Ms. Alisa Soukhodolskaia to the Wanstall Library. Please take a moment to watch this video.
