Season of Service
2014
Season of Service kicks off in just 31 days!
The ACTS Group and Serve Sacramento are excited to announce the launch of our third Season of Service, which will run from January 18th-May 18th, 2014. Season of Service is a specific time set aside each year for local churches to intentionally collaborate together with civic, educational and non-profit agencies in order to meet the most pressing needs in their community. We have a new website and database management system and we need EVERYONE receiving this email to sign up as a church representative or individual by the end of the year. Once you register, you will be carried over to all future communications, projects and Season of Service initiatives!
Stories of Service
One of the main goals in our first two years of Season of Service has been cooperation and collaboration among congregations. Check out this great example from the 2012 Season of Service as 10 churches worked together to transform a Citrus Heights Middle School!
