Self Care for Elementary Students
Tip #2-self-care begins with helping your child talk about their feelings.
Let your child know that is is important to acknowledge when they are struggling with their emotions in order to manage those feelings and be able to keep it away.

ESS Goes Pink!
E.S.S. Goes Pink
On Wednesday, October 21st, E.S.S. will be sponsoring a Pink Day. On Pink Day, everyone is invited to wear pink to show their support for all those who have fought and who are fighting cancer. We are asking for a $1.00 donation from all of those participating. Donations will be given to Griffin Hospital Cancer Center.REMINDER!

HONORING OUR POLISH STUDENTS AND FAMILIES!
Help ESS recognize Polish heritage! If your child and your family members have Polish roots, we want YOU to be part of our school display!! Please share a tradition with us and/or a picture of your child experiencing their Polish culture!! If you have a small object or artifact that your child can place in our showcase connected to Poland, please send it in! Due to Covid restrictions P.E. class will be held outside or in the classrooms. As the colder weather approaches, please make sure your children are dressed appropriately.
