Calling all MEA performers for the Fall Festival!!
At the Fall Festival we will have an open microphone set up just for you! Come to the festival with a few songs to perform and add to the beauty and fun of the festival with your talent! Please let Mr. Antti (santti@sandi.net) know you will be joining in on the celebration!
Thank you!
Books Exchange at the Fall Festival
Be part of getting more books to kids! How does this work?
- You go through your bookshelves and find books your family no longer needs. It feels great to let them go!
- You bring your books to the MEA cafeteria next time you are on campus.
- You come to the book exchange and happily see your books going to new homes, and you get to take books your family can use now.
And then, next year, the cycle continues!!
Thank you,
Your MEA ASB
GOODIES REQUEST for Cake Walk at the Fall Festival
The ASB needs your help with the Cake Walk at the Fall Festival on November 2! Please consider bringing store bought cupcakes or cookies, still packaged in container. We would really appreciate your help with this event - it is a favorite for many students!
If you'd like to bring goodies in this week, please drop them off on the long counter in the kitchen, or in the front office.
If you plan to bring goodies in on Fall Festival day, November 2, please let Barb Mulvany know at bmulvany@sandi.net.
Thank you so much!

Portrait Pictures in the Yearbook
A few students have told the yearbook team that they would like to submit their own portrait for the grade level section of the yearbook rather than use the portrait taken by Lifetouch. If you are interested in changing out your portrait, please send your new one to Linda Ele, lele@sandi.net.
Printers in the Family Study Room
An MEA parent has brought in two printers for use in the Family Study Room! The large format printer prints on paper up to 13x19 (good for posters) and will need a laptop. The other is a copier, scanner, printer combo and doesn’t need a computer to scan, copy, or print from memory cards. (It is, however, temperamental and easily jammed.) There are USB cables attached to both. People will need to bring their own paper.
* * * Extracurricular Activities * * *
Please find the most up-to-date extracurricular activity schedule here. If you would like to lead an extracurricular class, please contact cbrowne@sandi.net.

Mr. Antti will be off campus tomorrow, November 1, so guitar is cancelled for this week.
