Calling all Kindergarteners!
The Northwest Public Schools will be holding Kindergarten Registration on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 for the 2017-2018 school year.
Registration at St. Libory will be open from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. Students are welcome, but not required to accompany parents or guardians to registration. Parents may stop in anytime during the day as well.
According to state law, children must reach age 5 on or before July 31, 2017 to qualify for enrollment into kindergarten. Children who reach age 5 after July 31, 2017 will qualify for registration into preschool in April 2017.
Be sure to bring the following items:

- 2. The child's immunization records.
- 3. A physical exam will need to be completed by a physician, physician's assistant or nurse practitioner before the first day of school.
- 4. A vision exam is required by State Law as of January 1, 2006 and must be completed within six months before starting school.
More information will be given to parents on requirements pertaining to physical examinations and additional vaccines at the time of registration. Mrs. Brooke Bowen our school nurse can be contacted with questions. (bbowen@ginorthwest.org) For your convenience, you may download and open a .pdf file of the enrollment packet found on our school webpage.
We will be holding an OPEN HOUSE for all Kindergarteners the day before school starts next August 2017. You and your kindergartener will be welcome to school on that date to check things out and meet their kindergarten teacher.
