From Our Counselors
Hospitalization of teens due to vaping continues to make headline news around the country. Most recently, a teen in the KC Metro spent 3 days in the ICU after visiting the ER for flu like symptoms. Quick facts about vaping can be found in the CDC link below as well as a tip sheet for parents on talking to teens about E-cigarettes. Just like you, our goal is to keep your student(s) safe, healthy and informed about the potential consequences of vaping.
