Early outs (ex. Parent/Teacher Conference Night) and early dismissals (Weather Related) the After-School Program will NOT be available.
We will be accepting Kindergarten through fourth-grade students into the After-School Program based on availability. The cost per day will include an afternoon snack. A monthly fee will be due by the 5th of each month. A $10 non-refundable registration fee will be due with the first month’s payment.
Cost is $10 per day per student. Students will be billed for each day they attend and will only be charged on days we have school. Students who attend everyday will be charged for each day of the week we are in session. Note there is a minimum fee for students who choose not to attend every day. A minimum cost for the week is $10 less than the total days in that week for students who do not attend every day (5-day week = $40 minimum, 4-day week = $30 minimum, 3-day week = $20).
Billing and Late Payment Fees
If a payment is past due a notification will be sent. Payments are due by the 5th of each month, starting in September. If payment is not made 10 days after the due date, a $15.00 per month late fee may be assessed. If a family has two consecutive months of late payments, a meeting will be scheduled with the business office. Payments that are late on a continual basis may result in the family making different arrangements for their child at the request of administration.
Late Pick Up Fees
If students are not picked up by 5:30 p.m. a (non-prorated) late fee will be charged for each half hour they are late. Each late fee will be added to the monthly billing statement and will be due on the 5th of each month.
Breakfast and Lunch
Free & Reduced meal applications: Please return these forms as soon as possible so you will be set up for free or reduced meals for the first day of school. Many of the federal dollars our district receives are based on the number of free and/or reduced applications we have on file. In other words: if you meet the requirements, PLEASE APPLY! You will be helping the district out. Please be assured that all applications are kept confidential.
See our website for the Free and Reduced Income Guidelines and the Free and the Application!
