Connected Mathematics 3
Professional Learning for 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Teachers
CMP 3 Training
This grade-level specific professional learning is designed to help teachers fully and effectively implement Connected Mathematics.
This series focuses on:
- key mathematical targets to be developed in and across units including the Michigan K-12 Standards,
- effective lesson planning and pacing strategies,
- intentional use of key program components and assessment strategies,
- critical parent connections, and
- differentiation strategies.
Although Connected Mathematics 3 will be the primary resource in this series, any teacher using CMP 1, 2 or 3 will benefit from the trainings.

- Grade 6: Oct. 3, 2017, Nov. 1, 2017, Dec. 5, 2017, Feb. 1, 2018, Mar. 20, 2018, April 24, 2018
- Grade 7: Oct. 12, 2017, Nov. 7, 2017, Dec. 7, 2017, Feb. 6, 2018, Mar. 22, 2018, April 25, 2018
- Grade 8: Oct. 5, 2017, Nov. 9, 2017, Dec. 12, 2017, Feb. 8, 2018, Mar. 28, 2018, May 9, 2018
Oakland County fee for each grade level: $180
Out-of-County fee for each grade level: $220
