Intended Audience: Anyone interested in knowing more about GaTAPP, such as school and district administrators, human resources personnel, current paraprofessionals and community members who hold at least a bachelor’s degree interested in becoming certified teachers.

Description: Would you like to learn more about how qualified individuals can move from the workplace to the classroom? This session will be a prime opportunity to have your questions answered about how individuals can become certified to teach in Georgia through a non-traditional pathway. The session will include an overview and brief history of Georgia Teacher Academy for Preparation and Pedagogy (GaTAPP), specifics on eligibility requirements, details on program tuition and fees, the application process, and program components.
