Digital Citizenship Week- #35
I've gathered some resources that I believe to be helpful for you to teach this topic. I know instruction time is short during the day, so spending the last 5 minutes of each class one day a week would be helpful, or when a teachable moment presents itself, teach then. See information below and please let me know if you have any questions or need any help.

Common Sense Media For Parents
Parents are also able to look at different topics that might be of concern regarding the digital world, e.g., cellphone use, social media, cyberbullying, technology addiction, and more.
Common Sense Media for parents would be a great resource to send out through Remind101, ClassDojo, Google Classroom, etc.

Common Sense Challenge
Our challenge to you is to spend 5 minutes of each class one day a week on a topic in your grade level, take a picture and share it on Facebook or Twitter, and tag Common Sense Media. Don't forget to check and see if your students are allowed to be posted.
I can't wait to post the learning on our Smore Spotlight and Twitter!
Please let me know if you need any help.
